Our Vision

Hello to our guests

First, I would like to say thank you. By reading this, you are taking interest in our small business that consumes our life, in the most passionate way possible, and we appreciate you. Christopher and myself take care of Scuderia. It is like a child to us. We are "hard-core foodies" as I like to say. High-quality, fresh, tasty, food is of the utmost importance to us. Equally, is fantastic customer service. We always do our best to go above and beyond for our customers. 

Our story:

Christopher has been a chef, with a degree, from Johnson and Whales for over twenty years. He can make any cuisine amazing but he has stuck with Italian, being Italian, and enjoying his nonna's cooking growing up. 

I am also Italian, family from Sicily, and have had a passion for Italian food since youth. My dad taught me recipes, such as shrimp scampi, at around nine years old that I still enjoy today.

Christopher and I met in Ocean City, New Jersey. We both lived in that area most of our lives. Our passion for food and the restaurant industry aligned and we bonded right away. 

It is our pleasure to live our dream as restauranteurs and share our talents with all of you. 

Our Food:

We use only fresh ingredients at Scuderia. You will not find canned mushrooms or peppers in house. Our dough is made daily as well as our pizza and pasta sauces such as tomato and marinara. Christopher even makes his own chicken stock. The food is made to order, from scratch, and is served to you right from the stove as it's finished. The quality of our meals is always something we will hold in the highest regard.
